Shipping Policy
Trendex Distribution LTD
At Trendex Distribution LTD, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible using our trusted courier partner, DPD.
UK Mainland Deliveries Only
At this time, we do not offer international shipping and we do not deliver outside of mainland UK.
Orders placed with delivery addresses outside our delivery area may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.
We reserve the right to review and amend our delivery locations at any time.
In-Stock Products
In-stock orders are typically delivered on the next working day via DPD.
Whilst we aim to achieve next working day delivery wherever possible, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances outside of our control.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be dispatched on the next working day.
Vape Product Pre-Orders
Some vaping products may be marked as Pre-Order.
Where a vaping product is marked as Pre-Order, customers should not expect next working day delivery.
In many cases, orders may arrive sooner than this, however customers should allow up to 4 working days for delivery.
Pre-order products will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.
Non-Vape Product Pre-Orders
Some non-vaping products sold by Trendex Distribution LTD may also be available on a pre-order basis.
In many cases, orders may be dispatched much sooner than this. However, 14 working days should be considered the maximum estimated waiting period.
Pre-order times can vary depending on supplier availability, manufacturer lead times and stock levels.
Customers are encouraged to check product descriptions carefully before placing an order, as pre-order products will be clearly identified on the relevant product page.
Where possible, Trendex Distribution LTD will keep customers updated regarding any significant delays affecting pre-order items.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are not normally processed until the next working day.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday.
- Customers should then expect delivery on Tuesday via DPD.
- If Monday falls on a UK Bank Holiday, orders will be dispatched on the next available working day.
Bank Holidays
Trendex Distribution LTD does not normally process or dispatch orders on UK Bank Holidays.
Orders placed during a Bank Holiday period will be processed on the next available working day.
Delivery timeframes may therefore be extended during Bank Holiday periods.
Delivery Delays
Whilst we work closely with DPD to provide a reliable delivery service, Trendex Distribution LTD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier network issues
- Adverse weather conditions
- Road traffic incidents
- Industrial action
- Customs delays
- Supplier delays
- Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Delivery Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate before placing an order.
Trendex Distribution LTD cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Customers can use this information to monitor the progress of their delivery directly with DPD.
